CATORCE, part of DDB Worldwide and headquartered in Barcelona, have launched their “14 hours” mentoring initiative, in line with a commitment to promoting and giving visibility to female leadership.

CATORCE strongly believe that equality, diversity and entrepreneurial spirit are all key ingredients for great work, and so are offering 14 hours of professional mentoring for the entrepreneurial women in areas they know best.

The initiative’s aim is to support women entrepreneurs who would benefit from professional mentoring in areas such as creativity, strategy and business.

14 Hours will prioritize projects that have a positive impact on the community, such as those that are socially responsible, inclusive or sustainable.
